In midday trading Tuesday, Foreign Regional Banks shares were relative leaders, up on the day by about 1.9%. Leading the group were shares of Ireland Bank , up about 15.2% and shares of Woori Financial Holdings up about 5.5% on the day.

Also showing relative strength are Lodging shares, up on the day by about 1.2% as a group, led by Morgans Hotel Group , trading higher by about 5.6% and Orient-express Hotels , trading up by about 3.2% on Tuesday.
